Welcome to the River & Ranges Winery Ride 2013 - A unique ride where everyday cyclists get the opportunity to ride alongside and have a chat to the pros from Orica-GreenEDGE on one of the most spectacular rides on the calendar! 

The Nagambie region, including the majestic Strathbogie Ranges, offers some of the most stunning and challenging roads in Australia and the area is renowned for its wineries, water sports and craft markets. It is the perfect place to go for a weekend escape.

FOOD AND WINE

The day is not only for the riders but also for the families. A community festival will be positioned at the start/ finish line at Mitchelton. Enjoy an assortment of activities bound to keep the whole family happy. Community groups and local food and wine producers will come together to showcase the best attributes of the region. Wine tasting, food stalls, free live music and free children’s entertainment will all be available to enjoy throughout the day including face painting, a jumping castle and even an animal farm. Bring the whole family down to enjoy the fun-filled day!

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

We believe it is important that all children learn to ride and be safe on the roads. Proceeds raised from the River and Ranges Winery Ride will go towards a local bike education initiative aimed at primary aged children in the area. Find out more...
